Co-founder of Anything But Ordinary Productions, Dix has a wealth of performance experience and over twenty years experience of
working in the Arts. As a Professional Theatre Director, Choreographer, Performance Artist, Project Manager and Teacher Dix is firmly committed to bringing high quality Theatre and Performance Art into the heart of the
community and sharing her creative vision with like minded artists and
facilitators. As Artistic Director of professional companies ABOP, Pint Sized Theatre, Too Close For Comfort, So Theatre and Head of the ABOP Youth Theatre Programme. Dix regularly writes for Theatre and supports Corporate work as part of the company's outreach programme.
Dix is also Artistic Director of Women's Community Theatre Workshop, a women's only theatre ensemble and theatre company 'Invest In Possibility'.
Passionate about improving the standard of youth theatre Dix spearheads the company's outreach work in improving levels of performance by young actors, and provides opportunities for students to gain valuable experience with professional creatives via the production process.
With a BA (Hons) Related Arts-Dance, PGCE in Theatre Studies and MA in Applied Drama Dix is also well placed to introduce the arts to communities who may have had little or no access to professional theatre. A lecturer of ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, choreographic studies, theatre history and critical and aesthetic studies Dix also teaches and directs performing arts projects and events.
Dix is Co-Founder of Dino Dates and Associate Director of US based private arts funding organisation Fund Arts Foundation, and Director of abopatthefringe

Co-founder of ABOP, Gareth, is a professional Singer, Actor, Puppeteer, Facilitator and member of professional companies, Too Close For Comfort, ABOP and Pint Sized Theatre. Managing all music within the company Gareth teaches on the Youth Theatre Programme, and is Musical Director for ABOP and SO Theatre. Gareth fully believes in the importance of the youth theatre process and it's benefits to those who participate, performers and audience members alike. A well respected and popular teacher Gareth's fun but thorough approach enables students to perform to high standards and with confidence. Gareth is the Student Welfare Officer for ABOP Youth Theatre Programme.
Inspired by professional theatre and performance technique Gareth manages all Corporate work within the company, aiming to help business leaders and clients unlock their staff potential.
With a previous career in Psychology and Social Work, (Bsc. Hons Applied Social Science) and business Gareth is also Co-founder of Dino-Dates.
